Our last family picture before its officially 2014! Seeing that this coming 2014 is going to be an Olympic year, Punta Fuego decided that to be their theme for the countdown party. We were given medals as we entered the event and there was a podium for picture taking. I obviously raced with my siblings to be number 1. Hehe...

What's a NY countdown without the buffet table? Here are some of the yummy stuff that made my stomach angry once again. Haha!

After dinner, we all head outside for where the party begins! Woot! Woot!

Its going to be the last NY my sister, Claud will have as a Baron!!! :(

2014 Checklist

It's officially 2014!!! I feel like this year will be a year of firsts for me. Figured I wanted to do a checklist of the things I have and want to do within the year. Here are my top 10:

1. Get a haircut. I've had the same hairstyle for quite awhile now. I think I wanna mix it up this year and get a new look. Any suggestions?

2. Go out of the country with friends. Been saving for this. I really hope this one pushes through!

3. Labor Day Bora. Always hear that its super fun. Now that I got my leash kind of loose on going out of town I would love to go and experience it!

4. Make a gown. Hopefully I get to do this in a few months time. It would be a stepping stone to what I ultimately want in the future.

5. Study more. I would really love to take more classes on fashion, but on making shoes and bags.

6. Organize 2 recitals for The School Of Performing Arts. Recitals are the hardest and most stressful to do for me every year. Got my fingers crossed that maybe this year I could do 2 recitals.

7. Put up a "new business". Will get into this more soon! Hope you guys could support it! ;)

8. Cut down on junk food. Oh boy, will this be a challenge for me... Everyone who's close to me knows that I am a huge junkieeee! It wouldn't be realistic to say that I'll totally stop eating junk food, but I think its safe to say that I'll cut down. Baby steps.. Hehe.

9. Coach Danie. Has a ring to it right? Haha! Due to my age and over all fitness level, obviously I can't compete anymore. Instead, I shall share the knowledge I have absorbed from the 12 years I've figure skated. You know what they say, "Those who can't do, teach".

10. Spend more time with sissy. As much as I don't want to admit it, I will miss my sister, Claud - a lot. She's getting married on November, which isn't far. So I will take more time to spend with her this year. Claud will miss me so much more though! Haha! Just had to say it! :P

There you go! Ofcourse I got a lot more things I want to do, but you would get bored if I write 'em all down now. I'm not actually sure if these things are at the top of my checklist. Its more of like the top 10 things that first popped in my head that I want to do. Hehe.. Have a good year everyone! :)

Best of 2013

A few more hours and its the big 2014!!! I know I said 2013 was quite rough for me, but it doesn't mean that there weren't a lot of great moments. It always feels good to reminisce happy times. Let me take you on a flashback for my 2013 top 10:

1. Adding pole dance to The School Of Performing Arts workshops and as my weekly exercise. Special thanks to Teacher Reign for introducing me to pole dancing and helping me set-up the workshop for my studio! Not only did I get more students, but I found another work-out that I love! 

2. News of SM Megamall Skating Rink opening again. I jumped for joy when I heard that the SM Megamall Skating Rink is opening again! I will finally be reunited with my first love! I think I'm too old and out of shape to compete though, so Coach Danie I shall be!

3. Going on a Euro trip with the whole Cesar Baron clan. This is the most tiring, yet interesting and fun trip I've ever had! Definitely unforgettable for me and my whole family. Really hope we get to do this again! Well, knowing my family I'm sure we will. A family that travels together, stays together! Haha! Love you guys! :*

4. Blogging again. Glad I decided to blog again because its actually a good stress reliever for me. I really hope you guys enjoy reading it though and you find what I do interesting. 

5. Enrolling in SOFA for fashion design. Been wanting to enroll in SOFA and study fashion for awhile. Its just too far from my house and I'm lazy to drive! Furthermore, the traffic is gonna drive me nuts! Anyway, figured a way and I'm happy to be a student again! 

6. The 2nd anniversary of The School Of Performing Arts. My baby turned 2 this year! I'm so happy I survived this long! Haha! Couldn't have done it without the help of my assistant, teachers, supportive students and parents! Big thanks for everything!

7. Celebrating my 21st birthday in Paris! <3 I would really like to thank my family for surprising me with cold cuts and cupcakes that night! Had my first taste of Moet Champagne and I was able to watch Moulin Rouge! :D

8. The School Of Performing Arts 2013 Student Showcase. If you guys didn't know, I have a dance studio in Katipunan. We offer ballet, pole dancing, etc. Anyway, this day was the most stress and chaotic for me this whole year. I had just gotten back from my family Euro trip and I had no idea how to pull this recital off. Haven't seen my students perform the dances in a while and the rehearsal was craze balls! In the end, all the students did great and the parents/audience were happy. Thank God! Congrats again to all my lovely dancers! <3

9. Going out of town with friends for the first time. My mom finally allowed me to go out of town with friends! Yes, my parents are strict. Hehe. Things didn't really go as we expected on this trip. LOL. But anything is fun when your with these people! :)

10. The start of a new venture. ;) Don't want to say so much on this yet, but I think its pretty obvious what I want to do. Well, fingers crossed it goes well! Wish me luck! :D
